About AIN

Anindita Institution of Nursing (AIN), the first ever self-financed Nursing Institution for B.Sc Nursing & GNM in South Bengal and the most sought for Institution for the aspiring future nurses in Eastern India has started its journey under the umbrella of Gopsai Avinandan Sangha ( a society Registered under West Bengal Societies Act XXVI,1961) in the year 2020 with a commitment to foster and present competent, caring and compassionate nurses to the society who are humane, collaborative, devoted to work and multicultural in their outlook.
We, at AIN diligently promote value based yet true to professionalism driven education system, which is noteworthy for shaping a student’s future in the best possible manner. With this view the college provides the state-of-the-art infrastructure, best faculties from the nursing service arena, well organised digital library with OPAC facility.
We at AIN believe that Nursing is widely considered as an art and a science, wherein caring forms the theoretical framework of nursing. Nursing and caring are grounded in a relational understanding, unity, and connection between the professional nurse and the patient. Thus, we are dedicated to follow the thought of the Angel of Nursing, Florence Nightingale:
“Nursing is an art: and if it is to be made an art, it requires an exclusive devotion as hard a preparation as any painter's or sculptor's work; for what is the having to do with dead canvas or dead marble, compared with having to do with the living body, the temple of God's spirit?
