Aims & Objectives

The Aims and objectives of the Anindita Institute of Nursing are as below :
Instruction and facilities are provided to stimulate the student to:

  • Obtain knowledge and develop understanding to function as a beginning practitioner of nursing by:
    1. developing ability to use communication skills effectively
    2. increasing her knowledge and understanding of principles of health and prevention of disease
    3. developing understanding and judgment in planning nursing care
    4. increasing her skills in implementing safe and effective patient care.
  • Understand her professional responsibilities and be capable of accepting her role as a contributing citizen in her community.
  • Recognize the health needs of her community and work with a health team in meeting these needs.
  • Develop the desire for continuous education, professional upgrading, and personal development.
